How do I compare hotel prices fairly?
Check that each option covers the same dates, number of rooms, people and comparable room types. Enter the nightly room price, taxes not yet included, compulsory property fees, breakfast if extra, and any additional transport or parking costs. Use a single currency for the entire comparison.
What if taxes or breakfast are already included?
Do not enter charges twice. If the listed room rate already includes taxes, leave the additional tax percentage at zero. If breakfast is included, select the breakfast-included option. If you do not know a charge, check with the property rather than assuming zero means it is free.
Does the cheapest total mean the best hotel?
No. The calculator orders hotels by the costs you entered, not by overall quality. Refundability, accessibility, location, room suitability and booking terms can matter more than a small price difference. Always check current prices and cancellation conditions on the actual booking page before paying.
